What information do we collect? We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order or fill out a form. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will be kept on file for more than 60 days in order to ensure we have records of your transaction if required by the business you purchased through.

Here is all the boring stuff that is essential. If your booking anything with us it will pay to read it. By booking on this site you accept these terms and conditions. Holidays Queenstown does not charge you for any service that we provide. All prices quoted are the same as those offered by the operators directly. If you require more information please contact us

You must print and keep your E-TICKET.NO E-TICKET = NO ACTIVITY

The activity provider that you have booked your trip with will be referred to as 'The Operator'.

1.0 Bookings

1.1 Once you have clicked 'process my booking' your credit card will be charged the amount owed. A window will then appear allowing you to check your booking details. Please email us immediately if any details are incorrect. A sales consultant will then process your booking request and send your e-ticket via email promptly. Please note that our office hours are 8am - 8pm 7 days.

1.2 This ticket becomes your proof of payment.

1.3 You must present this e-ticket to the operator in order to participate in the activity. Failure to present the E-ticket to the operator may result in you not being allowed to partake in the activity.

1.4 You must pay the remaining balance owing to 'The Operator' when you check in for your activity. This amount can be found on your e-ticket.

1.5 If you are unsure which activity, accommodation or services you require, please contact one of our experienced Queenstown based sales consultants for advice before you finalize your booking.

2.0 Your e-ticket

2.1 Once you receive your e-ticket by email please print it.

2.2 You must present your e-ticket to the operator in order to participate in the activities booked.

2.3Please reconfirm your activity the day before by calling 'The Operator' on the phone number found on the top of your e-ticket, quoting your name and the Holidays Queenstown voucher ID number.

2.4 If your activity is weather dependent please call 'The Operator' at least 1 hour before your check in or pick up time for a weather check.

FORGOT YOUR E-TICKET? = NO ACTIVITY

3.0 Cancellation, Changes and No Shows

3.1 If a booking is cancelled by 'The Operator' and you are unable to reschedule, you can contact us for a refund of the deposit paid. Please explain the reason for the refund and the person you spoke to, and if possible your voucher number. We will then credit your card the refund amount and email you with confirmation.

3.2 If you need to reschedule, change or cancel your booking you will need to call 'The Operator' (the number will be on your e-ticket) to get authorization to do so.

3.3 In general, cancellations or changes made by you, the customer, within 48 hours of the commencement of your activty will require you to forfit the full balance owing to the operator unless otherwise authorized by 'The Operator'. If required, Holidays Queenstown will charge your credit card the outstanding balance if you do not provide sufficient notice of cancellation or you 'no show'.

3.4 'No shows' on the day of your activity mean you forfit the money paid to 'The Operator' unless otherwise authorized by 'The Operator'.

3.5 'The Operator' reserves the absolute right to cancel any service as a result of weather conditions, insufficient numbers or any other unforeseen event or circumstances. In this instance, you can choose to reschedule or request a refund of your deposit from Holidays Queenstown.

4.0 Extended terms and conditions

4.1 www.holidaysqueenstown.co.nz and/or the operator accept no responsibility for any loss or additional expenses arising from changes, delays or cancellations of the services and activities by the operator.

4.2 This e-ticket is based on fares and tariffs which are, to the best of holidaysqueenstown's knowledge, correct at the time of issue. Any increases since the date of issue are at the cost of the passenger payable to the operator.

4.3 We advise that all activities do carry a degree of risk and that by participating in the activity provided by the operator you are expressly assuming those risks personally and are releasing the operator and www.holidaysqueenstown.co.nz from any liability, claims, losses, damages or expenses.
