• We offer unique hydro flights over Lake Wakatipu on the Jetovator - ride the hose on our purpose-built bike powered by the thrust of a jetski - or try out one of our other hydro flight products like the Defy Jetdeck or the Shred Sled. Our skilled jetski drivers create customized flights for flyers of all ages and abilities.
  Hydro flight is a sport anyone can learn and it only takes 5 – 10 minutes of practice, before you'll be flying above the clear water of Lake Wakatipu. Your experienced instructor will be on the attached jetski craft, controlling the thrust (and therefore how high you fly), as well as offering tips and advice as you go. That all means you just have to concentrate on which direction you want to go and enjoy the adrenaline buzz.
  
  DURATION FOR SINGLE HYDROFLIGHT EXPERIENCE: 30 minutes for the experience but allow up to 1 hour and 15 minutes in total.
  
  DURATION FOR THE HYDROFLIGHT COMBO PACKAGE: 1 hour for the experience but allow up to 2 hours in total.
  
  LOCATION: Fisherman's Pier, Sugar Lane, Frankton Marina, Queenstown. Allow 10 minutes to drive from central Queenstown and 5 minutes from the airport.
  
  RESTRICTIONS: Minimum age 15 years old (parent's permission required for flyers aged 15-17 years old. If you're over 110kg give us a call re wetsuit sizing. You need to comfortable in the water to ride the Jetovator and our other hydro flight products.
  
  WE PROVIDE: Wetsuit, wetsuit booties (if required), lifejacket and a helmet with bluetooth headset that lets you communicate with your instructor. Optional GoPro footage on SD card of your flight filmed from the jetski is available.
  
  YOU BRING: Swim suit and towel.
